The Thrive Approach

As a Thrive Trust, we understand the influences of child development, attachment theory and neuroscience on learning; particularly for our most vulnerable learners who may have experienced interrupted development and/or trauma.  For academic year 2020-21, we are able to offer support to academies who do not yet have their own practitioner – the nature of this support is in the form of undertaking screening of individuals or groups of pupils and the development of action plans for support either at home or in school.
