Page - Recruitment Referral Scheme
We are re-launching our recruitment referral scheme to recognise employees who recommend the Trust as a place to work.
The scheme details as follows:
For every successful referral, employees are eligible to receive the following one-off payments:
- £300 for all support, central and teaching roles
- £500 for senior leadership roles (such as): Assistant Principal, Vice Principal, Principal, Director and/or Head of Department.
The referring employee will receive high street shopping vouchers as determined by the Trust or a payment to be invested into their school (to be spent as they wish in agreement with the Principal). Central Team colleagues may nominate a school of their choice.
The referral payment will be made after the new employee has been in post successfully for a period of 4 months.
